100% Non-Refundable for the following reasons
 If you sign up the service & change your mind later due to any personal reason and decide to withdraw.
 If you do not wish to continue with our services.
 If you fail to collect the required documents within the interview period.
 Failure to provide sufficient funds, if needed for settlement or maintenance by the client required for the process.
 Submission of fraudulent documents.
 Prior violation of any immigration or visa law by the client or any of his or her family members included in the application (If applicable for Germany)
 Late submission of any additional documents requested by the concerned authority during the process at any stage.
 If the concerned visa authority brings in any change and if it affects your application.
 If the points have reduced because of changes in applicant’s circumstances (not applicable for Germany).
 If the applicant is unable to get required score in English language test (not required for Germany).
 If the profile is not picked up from the pool.
 If the partial service/consultation fee was paid.
 Should the candidate’s incompetence prevent him from passing the interview and persuade the visa officer that his line of work is in high demand in Germany (no refund)
